We are located in the United States, and the information we collect through the Software will be processed in the United States. Your personal data is stored on the servers of the cloud-based database management services SearchManualsOnline engages, located in the United States.

We always use commercially reasonable efforts to secure your personal information, but can’t guarantee that these efforts will be sufficient to protect against all efforts to gain unauthorized access to your information.
Any data we collect is also retained for as little time as necessary to accomplish legitimate business purposes. Exceptions may apply if we are required by law or in response to claims.
